Two things get you a faster answer

Include the item number. I keep hundreds of pieces in stock and often have duplicates. The number is the only reliable way to know which one you mean.

Do not attach photographs unless I have asked for them. Large attachments are blocked and will not reach me. Use the paid identification and appraisal service for appraisal requests.
